What booking options are there?
You can book the BEYOND online as well as by phone at +49 89 55137 8727.
Is there a best price guarantee?
We guarantee all direct bookers best price guarantee. We will gladly adjust the price for direct booking requests, should you find the same offer somewhere else cheaper.
Are group bookings possible?

How secure is my data when booking online?

What are the conditions for changes and cancellations?

What are the conditions for cost coverage?
Unfortunately we do not work with cost coverage.
Is it possible to get an invoice?
Of course it is possible to get an invoice for your stay at the reception when you check out.
Are there vouchers available for purchase?

What payment options are available at the hotel and on the website?
Payments are possible by cash, debit card, all major credit cards, SaferPay link, on account or by bank transfer and pro forma invoice.
Are there long-term rates?

What are the opening hours of our reservations department?
The reservation department is available from Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm and on Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. Outside of these hours, our reception team will be happy to assist you via phone on +49 89 700 746 700.
How many rooms can I book?
Since our hotel has nineteen rooms, a maximum of nineteen rooms can be booked.

What is the best destination address for the navigation system?
Please use the address Rindermarkt 22, 80331 München as destination address for the navigation system, as our BEYOND is located in the pedestrian zone. In order to offer you the highest level of discretion, the entrance to the Residenz is somewhat hidden to the left of the entrance to the Hugendubel bookstore.
Is there parking available?
Parking is available at EUR 36.00 per day in the public parking garage at Rindermarkt. The parking fee hast to be payed directly at the parking garage. Please use the address Rindermarkt 16, 80331 München as destination address for the navigation system, as our BEYOND is located in the pedestrian zone.
How is the hotel connected to public transport?
The S-Bahn and U-Bahn stop Marienplatz is only a few meters away via the Rindermarkt entrance and exit.
Is there a free transfer from the airport or train station to the hotel?
Unfortunately there is no free transfer service. For the price of 95,00 € we are happy to organize a transfer from or to Munich Airport for up to four people.

When is breakfast served?
Generally, it is possible to have breakfast at any time.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is part of the Culinary Package, which can be booked separately from the room rate. You can also book breakfast separately.
What kind of breakfast do you have?
The gourmet breakfast is freshly prepared for you in our show kitchen. You can choose the dishes from our á la carte menu. Alternately, we also offer a continental breakfast.
How long is the restaurant open?
Our kitchen is open 24/7, feel free to come by and let us know your wishes.
Can external guests dine at the hotel as well?
The BEYOND is open exclusively to our hotel guests, so unfortunately external guests cannot dine at the hotel.
Is there a hotel bar?
We are happy to prepare long drinks and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for you in our open show kitchen.
Are gluten- and lactose-free products available?
We are happy to offer gluten- and lactosefree products upon request and subject to availability.
Is there a lunch or dinner menu?
We have a great breakfast menu as well as a dinner menu from which you can choose.

When can I check in?
Check-in is available from 3 pm.
Is it possible to check in early?
We are happy to offer an early check-in subject to availability.
What documents do I need at check-in?
To guarantee your reservation, we kindly ask you to have a credit card ready. International guests also need an identity card or a passport.
Until what time do you have to check out?
Check-out is possible until 12 pm.
Is it possible to check in late?
We are happy to offer late check-out for an additional charge, subject to availability.
Is it possible to store the suitcases?
We are happy to store the luggage of our BEYOND guests.

From which age are children allowed to stay with us?
The BEYOND is only open to children 13 years or older.
Is smoking allowed in the room?
The BEYOND is a non-smoking hotel with non-smoking rooms only.
In the failure to comply an amount of 200.00 € will be charged.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in our hotel.
Are there extra beds?
Unfortunately there are no extra beds available.

Can I have letters or packages delivered to the hotel?

Is there a telephone in the room?
Of course you will find a telephone in each of our rooms.
Which services are included or excluded?
If you choose to book the Culinary Package, almost all dishes and drinks are included in our menu. In addition, we offer selected wines and spirits for an extra charge, as well as the possibility to choose dishes at the Viktualienmarkt with our chef.

What features do the bathrooms have?
The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. In addition, you will find a hairdryer, vanity mirror, lavatory, bathrobes and Aesop amenities.
Are the rooms accessible?
The majority of our rooms are accesible. Please contact our reservation department in advance if you need more details.
Is there a minibar?
A minibar is available in the room and included in the rate.
Can I order drinks and snacks?
There is a large selection of drinks and snacks already included in the rate, if you have booked the Culinary Package. Alternatively, you can also buy drinks and snacks separately.
Is there free Wi-Fi?
Free WiFi network is available for the guests of the hotel.
Are there beds for people with an allergy?
We will be happy to prepare an allergy bed for you upon request.
Do all rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all of our rooms have air conditioning.

How do I get from the main station to the hotel?
By public transport you can reach the Marienplatz from the main station in just a few minutes. You can take any S-Bahn. Alternatively, BEYOND can also be reached by cab or on foot (15 min).
The history of the Marienplatz
Marienplatz was once a simple street crossing. Here the Salzstrasse, which was important for the founding of the city, connected the villages of Sendling and Schwabing. Monks settled on this road and gave Munich the name it has today: apud munichen. For many centuries, Marienplatz was the market square of Munich.
